Nine’s Project Delivery Team is responsible for driving the execution of technology-enabled change projects across the Group. Its purpose is to provide project structure, visibility and robust governance in delivering initiatives within scope, budget and time.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion using appropriate agile and traditional delivery methods. Your expertise will contribute to Nine’s strategic goals by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Day to day you will:
Lead and manage a Program of work including multiple project streams with cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation and direction to ensure project outcomes
Partner with Commercial and Transformation teams to manage the RFP process, process design and business case development for the selection of platform and system integrator
Proactively manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and outcomes ensuring alignment with stakeholders and ensure scope changes are governed and controlled.

Monitor budgets, and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budget deviations.
Proactively identify and assess project risks, develop appropriate mitigation plans in consultation with stakeholders and implement these strategies
Manage and collaborate with key stakeholders across Technology and the Business, from senior Executives to business SMEs and delivery resources
Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular project status updates, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships
Anticipate and remove barriers along the way to keep the projects on track .
Initiate, develop and facilitate Program Governance and reporting frameworks including working groups, steering committees, key stakeholder forums and key performance reporting including budget financials and KPI’s
Ensure workplace health and safety compliance by adhering to Nine’s health and safety policies, guidelines and practices.
