Details: The ACT Emergency Services Agency (ESA) is seeking applications from highly motivated, experienced and suitable individuals to fill the position of Director, ESA Workforce Strategy. Under the broad direction of the Assistant Commissioner, Corporate, the Director, ESA Workforce Strategy will work closely with ESA employees, including Executives, and the Justice and Community Safety Directorate People and Workplace Strategy team on a range of workforce related matters, including recruitment, position management and conditions of service.
