The Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations and part of the Senior Leadership of the organisation, you will be responsible for:
Leading, guiding and developing your managers across maintenance and capital projects.
Developing and implementing good reliability and maintenance systems and processes
Complying with all OH&S and legislative requirements for your group
