We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, lead and inspire our staff, and ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
Manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth service and optimal staffing levels
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of restaurant management best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic accounting principles
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
