About the opportunity Reporting to the Strategy Lead My Aged Care (MAC) this role will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the induction program for the MAC contact centre, with a focus on remote training. The Training Development Specialist will also support the MAC Capability team in creating specialist team training for both the MAC contact centre and Healthdirect teams.
Review and assess existing induction training programs.
