Located in Point Cook, our client specialises in providing tailor-made packaging solutions to meet clients' unique needs. We prioritise quality, efficiency, and innovation in our packaging processes to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Die Cutting/Glueing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Bobst flat bed die cutting machine and a glue machine. Reporting into the Production Manager, this role will also require you to operator machinery, troubleshoot machinery and do some manual handeling. This is a full time permanent opportunity, hours are Monday - Friday 6.30am - 2.30pm Requirements:

Previous experience in operating a flat bed die cutting machine.
Experience with crash lock glue machine.
Undertake gluing (straight line, crash lock bottom, peel and seal)
Box folding and gluing
Setting Die Cut machine up
Feed raw materials, and take off and pack finished goods
Preventative maintenance
Basic record keeping
Trouble shooting when needed

About you:

Experience with Flat Bed Die Cutter essential
Experience with crash lock gluing, straight line glue and peal and seal
A reliable team player
Have an eye for detail
Dedicated to quality - like we are
Aptitude and interest in operating machinery
