WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As the Business Analyst, you will analyse and elicit business needs and translate them into business requirements to drive efficiencies, add value and enhance our client experience. You will:
Analyse business problems and challenges, map business processes and document business requirements
Consult and partner with stakeholders to identify, plan and scope process design changes
Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions to address business needs
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Contribute to the development of solution proposals that address business requirements, including system and non-system solutions
Liaise with Technology to ensure technical specifications accurately address the business requirements
Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design, test and implement solutions.
