The Role: As a supervisor, you will report directly to the Directors and play a pivotal role in providing business advisory services, tax planning, and management reporting. You will manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, build strong client relationships, and oversee the training of junior staff members.
Australian qualifications
CPA or CA qualification
Minimum 5 years of public practice experience
Strong tax knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Patient and effective coaching style
Empathetic and friendly demeanour
