Public Sector People are working with a regional council on the recruitment of a Principal Statutory Planner in a permanent capacity. This council are based in West Central Victoria and 1.5 hours from the City.
The annual salary is $93,000 11.5% Super.
This is a newly created position, joining a team of eight you will be supporting the Planning Coordinator with the mentoring and supervision of two Band 5 planners. This council really value their planning team and have a positive working culture, with a stable team.
This council are experiencing an increase in development across their growth areas and are one of the fastest growing regional areas in Victoria. The team offer a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days from home.
Requirements include:
Tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Planning or related discipline.
