About the role
Reporting to the Director IT Operations & Cyber Security, this role is responsible for delivering cloud and infrastructure platform, and technical systems services from idea to production transition for business projects and IT initiatives covering; AWS, Azure, operating systems, storage, database, CI/CD, source code management, Identity and access management, domain management, DHCP, AD/AzureAD, relevant software licensing compliance and reporting, collaboration and productivity (O365), Power Apps.
Oversee all cloud and infrastructure platform technologies, including estimation, solution design, implementation, security, and configuration, ensuring smooth production transitions to Managed Service Providers.
Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring third-party agreements and project deliveries meet agreed service levels and timeframes.
Lead and mentor team members, manage budgets, and provide input into financial forecasts, fostering a results-oriented culture and supporting career development.
