Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Skin, the Category Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our skincare category. With a primary focus on pricing strategies, cost management, and standard operating procedures, this role will ensure the category's success through effective performance measurement, tactical initiative implementation, and staying abreast of market trends.
Key Relationships:
Overall Sales, Profitability, Strategy & Growth of the Category:
Collaborate with the Head of Skin to develop and review reports and metrics to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Conduct competitor analysis to inform pricing and promotional initiatives.
Research industry trends and propose improvements to promotional strategies.
Lead detailed sales analysis and stakeholder consultation to drive category performance.
