Objectives
? Contribute to the design and implementation of organisational development strategies, frameworks and solutions to build organisational effectiveness and performance that are aligned to the strategy
? Support succession planning strategies to align talent acquisition, performance management and leadership development goals and strategies
? Implement workforce strategies that enable changing skill requirements, technology advancement as well as fostering resilience to adapt to evolving workplace dynamics
