Objectives
? Contribute to the design and implementation of organisational development strategies, frameworks and solutions to build organisational effectiveness and performance that are aligned to the strategy
? Support succession planning strategies to align talent acquisition, performance management and leadership development goals and strategies
? Implement workforce strategies that enable changing skill requirements, technology advancement as well as fostering resilience to adapt to evolving workplace dynamics
? Research and make recommendations to develop contemporary and compelling data led talent management strategies and interventions that drive development, inspire our people at all stages of their development and career journey and create frameworks that create competitive advantage in attracting and retaining talent
