Working as part of the People & Culture department this role will provide professional and operational HR generalist support.
What you?ll be doing:
Work alongside the P&C Business Partner to meet the organisation?s requirements for P&C related advice and responsibilities such as Employee Relation cases, restructures, P&C policy, and process advice. Provide general advice on relevant legislation such as the Enterprise Agreement, Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards & Equal Employment.
