Assist guests with inquiries, reservation requests, and provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues related to reservations.
Enter reservation details accurately into the hotel's booking system.
Promote special packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Manage multiple reservations simultaneously, balancing phone calls, emails.
