Position overview The Disability Employment Catalyst project is partnering with Life Without Barriers, Achieve Australia, and Yooralla to provide sustainable, good quality jobs for candidates with disability in the disability/care sector. We are seeking a Lead Advisor with significant experience in diversity and inclusion to support partner organisations in building their capacity and capability to employ people with disability at scale. You will work directly with Life Without Barriers (LWB) to realise their aim of ensuring all managers are confident and capable to support staff with disability to do their best work (2 days/week). Candidates who are interested in additional days may also assist with inclusive recruitment as part of the project. Your expertise and lived experience of disability will be an asset in this role.
