About the role
As the portfolio Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of a diverse, complex at times and sensitive range of capital projects and programs from across the organisation within the PMBok Principles Project Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of a diverse portfolio consisting of a significant volume of capital projects and programs, ranging in size, nature, sensitivity and complexity, from initiation to operational handover.
Lead and co-ordinate diverse and multi-faceted project teams as required, including project managers, designers and consultants to deliver the portfolio.
Manage the engagement of any external resources required to deliver the projects within the portfolio, including the supervision and administration of the engagement.
Manage the procurement process, including the invitation to tender advertisements; the preparation of tender documentation; co-ordination of the tender assessment process; preparation of the tender report to
