RDAs operations in Australia are growing rapidly and we are seeking an experienced Performance & Collaboration Lead to join us during this exciting and dynamic time. This senior leadership position, will see you act as the prime interface for the delivery of our Land program to the Commonwealth of Australia.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager Tactical Wheeled Vehicles, the Performance & Collaboration Lead is responsible for Land Program governance and reporting. This will include development, implementation and reporting of key program governance, controls such as schedule performance, risk & issue management, change management and resource allocations alongside internal and external reporting obligations.
This role will liaise and collaborate internally with the Land Program and RDA Leadership team and other Rheinmetall Entities (internal partners) in Australia and Europe, and externally with Commonwealth of Australia representatives.
