Were looking for a talented individual to join an innovative Aussie Fintech aiming to revolutionise the mortgage industry. Youll be instrumental in enhancing their platform, enabling customers to securely share their information with brokers for better home loan recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Lead Product Designer to deliver new features and enhance existing ones based on user feedback and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and key stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces for both the broker platform and customer-facing experiences.
Manage the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity visual design.
Ensure cohesive, user-centered designs across the broker and customer platforms.
Assess the balance between effort and reward in complex design solutions to maintain optimal user experiences.
