Residential Experience Officer Location : Northamptonshire Hours : 37 hours per week (40 weeks per year) Salary : 21, - 23, per annum (pro rata to 24, - 26, full-time equivalent) About the Role Were working with a leading college in Northamptonshire looking for a dedicated Residential Experience Officer to join the team and help create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for students living in at the college accommodation. You will promote wellbeing, coordinate social and educational activities, and support student development. Key Responsibilities :
Promote a sense of community through events and support services.
Supervise student welfare and promote inclusivity and respect.
Manage student behaviour, ensuring adherence to college policies.
Provide pastoral care and on-call support.
Support safeguarding and wellbeing policies.
Assist in organising social, sporting, and volunteer activities.
