We are looking for marketing innovators who are involved or want to be involved in the wine industry. Our marketing team is growing and this Marketing Coordinator will steer this team to its success.
So what’s the role and how will you develop?
Based in Australia and working closely with the Buying, Design, Data, Digital and events team you will:
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns for Facebook, Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn,
Co-design and execute digital communication marketing campaigns
Co-design and drive optimisation of the eCommerce website through SEO, SEM, A/B testing, working with the digital Manager.
Ensure all systems are integrated and functional 24/7
Manage the loyalty Program and incentives.
Create Promotions and special offers.
Report on web analytics and marketing campaigns ensuring CPA/ROI targets are met
Manage CDP solution with the Data Manager to correctly drive offers for segments.
Monitoring and analysing market trends, collecting and surveying relevant data for analysis.
Studying competitors' products and services
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability through pricing, advertising and marketing.
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
Working to schedule marketing plans and budgets developed by collaborating with the CEO and senior management.
What skills you’ll need for the job:
A strong understanding of both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) best practices and the digital media landscape.
Sound knowledge of e-commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify)
Hands-on experience using email marketing systems (i.e. Dotdigital. Klavio)
Solid experience running successful social media marketing campaigns (i.e. FB, Insta etc)
A strong interest and understanding of web analytics and tracking technology (Google Analytics etc)
Proficiency with HTML/HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (other languages a plus)
Competence with ERP/CRM systems ( i.e. Netsuite)
Understanding of CDP systems, an opportunity to develop with Database analytics and segmentation
Stay on top of industry trends to ensure we’re implementing best in class strategies and tactics.
Who you are?
Relevant bachelor's degree + 2 years exp, qualification equivalent to Bachelors degree level (non-relevant is accepted with 3 years relevant work experience) or 5 years equivalent work experience if no qualification.
Strong communication and English skills (both in written and verbal)
Motivation to learn.. (Looking to develop your skills in a hands-on role)
Business savvy
Attention to detail
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
A love and knowledge of wine.. Is highly desired and a great advantage but not a necessity.
