Neu Care Pty Ltd, is as Australian company based in Ormeau, QLD. They provide disability, children, and aged care support Services. They also provide clinical services, support coordination and plan management, community participation. Currently they have a vacancy for a Primary Health Organisation Manager to join their company.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Relevant qualification at Bachelor level or higher qualification.
• At least 3 years work experience in support coordination.
• Must have full working rights for Australia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning, analyzing, organizing, directing, controlling, coordinating and implementing the professional and administrative aspects of health care and welfare programs and services on defined outcomes and outputs to provide a quality and comprehensive primary health care service.
• Managing day to day operation, monitoring the successful development, implementation, and evaluation of the health care services within resources, timelines and budget parameters.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring procedures policies and standards for health care staff. Directing health care staff to coordinate and provide professional, evidence based primary health care to individuals, families and the community utilizing a holistic and culturally acceptable approach.
• Coordinating and administering health care and welfare programs and services. Working collaboratively with other project team members for health service delivery and achieving desired outcomes.
• Monitoring and evaluating resources devoted to health care programs and facilities. Preparing budget, recording and reporting expenditure, equipment and services.
• Liaising with other health and welfare providers, identifying and connecting with key stakeholders and funding bodies for our healthcare projects at national, state and local levels that have an interest in project outcomes.
• Identifying emerging pressures, issues, and risks in the health care management, and initiate quality improvement and management strategies to address them and improve health and welfare services and facilities.
• Assisting with selection, training and supervision of health care staff
Salary - $85,000 PA + Super
