Exmouth Escape Resort – Full time HOTEL MANAGER position
We are looking for a HOTEL MANAGER to join our wonderful team!
A modern, luxurious, family-friendly accommodation in Exmouth, Western Australia. Situated in Exmouth town, the town beach, restaurants, pubs, the Ningaloo Centre, the Exmouth Visitor Centre, and shops are only a short walk away from the Resort.
You will coordinate and manage the daily operations of the resort to ensure exceptional guest accommodations, guest experiences, and a variety of additional services. The main duties for this Hotel Manager role look like this:
• Manage and coordinate operations for reservations, front desk services, room service, and housekeeping.
• Oversee security protocols and ensure the maintenance of gardens and overall property.
• Plan and direct activities for the bar, restaurant, events, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Supervise financial management and procurement activities.
• Guarantee adherence to health and safety standards throughout the resort.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions and assist in arranging tours and transportation.
You will be reporting directly to the Owner.
The successful candidate must have an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, or at least three years of relevant experience.
This is a fulltime (38 hours/week) position and includes some weekend work.
Annual salary: $80k + superannuation
