NEW Store- New positions
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced senior retail salesperson to join the Camera House family in our brand new store in Darwin City and lead our team to engage existing and new customers at this busy store.
You should have experience at a Department or relieving store manger level involving supervising and monitoring staff and performance in addition to managing the retail area.
To succeed in this role you must be passionate about encouraging and supporting customers on their photographic journey while developing our customer base.
You will need to demonstrate a HIGH level of knowledge and experience in photography and videography along with excellent communication skills and have a good command of the English language and the relevant technical vocabulary.
You will need good time management skills and be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and assist with running and maintaining our photo-lab and processing services. You will be responsible for assisting management to;
:Set up and maintain in-store promotions and merchandising
:Supervise, encourage and mentor staff to achieve KPI's
:Process and manage stock to maximize sales
:Maintain established and new client relationships
:Assist in troubleshooting IT and photo-technical matters.
