We are looking for a part-time Guest Service Agent who has a passion for engaging with and assisting guests and colleagues. You will support the Front Office Duty Manager with daily tasks at Reception and create a welcoming space for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a unique and personalized experience for each guest at our hotel by creating connections and using creative ways to exceed guest expectations.
- Assisting with reservations booking requests or enquiries via phone or email and ensuring guest details are accurately recorded in the PMS system
- Taking and directing all incoming calls
- Sharing information about the hotel and the local area with our guests
- Assisting guests with luggage
- Maintaining the presentation of the front desk and hotel lobby
