We are looking for an experienced Senior Vet Nurse to join a supportive, resilient, and exceptionally talented team vets and vet nurses!
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about training and mentorship – you’ll be a strong patient advocate and able to maintain high levels of care, being a point of guidance and development to our more junior nurses.

Job Description:
- Full-time or Part-time hours available
- Gain access to fascinating caseloads, including challenging orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, which will allow you to expand your veterinary skills and knowledge
- Work with a diverse range of hospital patients, including emergency referrals from the Animal Emergency Center (AEC), providing you with a varied and stimulating work environment
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, ensuring that you have all the tools necessary to provide the best standard of patient care
- Take advantage of our extensive in-house labs, allowing for quick and accurate diagnostic testing, providing timely and effective treatment

Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with 3+ years of experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of veterinary nursing practices and procedures
- Experience with managing a team, strong leadership and team building skills advantageous
- A calm and friendly presence
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- A passion for continuous learning and the willingness to expand your knowledge
- Knowledge of RX Works ideal
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
