Job Responsibility
- Conduct monitoring activities to enhance due diligence, mystery shopping, and surveillance and propose appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
- Conduct comprehensive enhanced due diligence reviews and risk assessments of high-risk customers.
- Identify, review and provide necessary recommendations to mitigate ML/TF risks associated with new products or services or risks arising from the operational changes.
- Administer, review and report on the excess reload refund activities in adherence to the internal procedures.
- Collaborate and support relevant departments in enhancing the business process documentation to maintain complete and accurate information.
- Administer and analyze all applicable regulatory publications issued by the regulatory authority, highlighting the key changes and their impact on business operations.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Law
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably undefined specialising in Others or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
