About the Role:
WorkPac on behalf of our leading client are currently seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in our manufacturing workshop where you will oversee project-based production of custom one-off and small batch run automotive wiring systems, ensuring that each unique order is handled with precision and care. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will manage competing priorities and continuously adjust short-term production plans to ensure our team meets and exceeds customer expectation's. This is a key leadership position with minimal admin work, concentrating on active involvement in our workshop and focussing on our people, safety, efficiency, and quality in a specialised production setting.
