The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations at Bond Store, ensuring excellent customer service, quality food and beverage standards, and efficient management of staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain a vibrant dining and drinking experience.
Operational Management:
Supervise all daily operations including food & beverage service, and customer interactions.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety according to legal regulations.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
Staff Management:
Train and manage a team, bar and wait staff.
Create staff schedules, manage shifts, and ensure smooth coordination during service hours.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing support and feedback to staff.
Customer Experience:
Ensure an excellent customer experience by addressing any complaints or special requests promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to service quality and menu offerings.
Engage with patrons to build relationships and gather insights for continuous improvement.
Inventory and Financial Management:
Manage inventory of beverages, coordinate with suppliers for restocking.

Assist in setting sales goals, and implementing cost-control measures.
Marketing and Event Coordination:

Plan and execute events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to attract and retain customers.
