Job Description:
As a Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of Fire Security project worldwide. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project administration, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members will be key to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Application of advanced cable coating systems, including Fire Security's proprietary system, with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Direct involvement in cable repair tasks, utilizing relevant expertise to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of repaired cables.
• Perform and supervise site surveys to identify and quantify cable issues at project site.
• Timely resolution of technical challenges to minimize project disruptions and maintain project timelines.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with staff, contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available as needed for day-to-day project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
• Must possess several years of experience with in-depth knowledge of spray paint application and spray equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrate knowledge, skills and ability in people management.
• Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in service line.
• Mechanical attitude and experience in troubleshooting of equipment.
• Certificates and transcripts of formal qualifications relevant to position.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel at a minimum).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
