ICT Business Analyst
We are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitment consultants. Our client, Bepoz Global, based out of Melbourne (VIC) is actively looking for an ICT Business Analyst (Technical Specialist) to join its team on a full-time basis. The business is Australia’s leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems. They are renowned for supplying products that are customised to meet the demands of running a bar, restaurant, cafe, hotel or club. In addition to POS system, Bepoz offers fully integrated Digital Signage, CCTV, Paging solutions, Takeaway Order Apps & Self-Ordering fully customized to business.
Main Responsibilities of the role are-
• Providing support and training to clients and internal stakeholders to understand and use the products or services provided by the company.
• Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects using the project management methodologies and techniques whilst communicating with various stakeholder to ensure that the project meets its objectives.
• Identify problems or inefficiencies through analysing various data and log files using tools such as MySQL and Microsoft Excel to deploy functional solutions.
• Creating and documenting information covering best business practices to produce standardised processes and procedures.
• Produce real time reporting of ticketing system logs and dashboards.
• Preparing and publishing regular reporting & dashboards, extracting and collating data from various sources to track efficiencies and KPIs related to project delivery and technical support.
• Quality Assurance to validate the integrity and market readiness of software, systems & solutions prior to deployment.
• Supporting and guiding team member on implementation of the software using data and process modelling technique
Must Have –
• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
• Must have 2 years of experience in POS software
• Must have atleast 2 years of experience as a Technical Specialist
• Must have technical exposure to various programming languages, javascript, HTLM5, SQL etc

Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of $ A$85,000 to A$95,000 Plus Superannuation.
