Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead educator to join our team at Mount Coolum Early Learning.
As the lead educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational program and curriculum in our long day care center. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring our team of educators, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality educational program that meets the individual needs and interests of each child.

A starting salary of $73,150 depending on experience

Essential Criteria:
A minimum Diploma in Children’s Services
2 years of experience in this role or similar.
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
Valid Working with Children's Check
Must be available Monday to Friday.
Must be available to work opens and closes throughout the week as the roster requires.
