Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating inventive dishes, a deep love for seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients, and the ability to lead a dynamic kitchen team. You will be responsible for curating a menu that aligns with our vision while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and overall quality.

Job Description:

-Preparing and cooking main meals, entrée and bread as per recipes provided.
-Flexible and Comfortable doing international dishes.
-Working on new recipes to add the dishes on the restaurant menu to keep it fresh and exciting.
-Inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food- handling practices.
-Training apprentices and kitchen staff as and when required.
-Working with the management for big events and following management's instructions.
-Assisting restaurant management in catering when required.
-Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities.
-Maintaining inventory and ordering restaurant supplies.
-Key attributes for successful Candidates:

Trade qualifications as Chef. Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or above.
-Minimum three years of experience in a restaurant.
-High level of discipline and ability to follow detailed instructions.
-Professional and enthusiastic attitude.
-Excellent personal hygiene and presentation.

Note: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
