We are seeking an experienced customer service operator to join our friendly Allocations Team. Your responsibilities We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This This role will be shiftwork, , , or , it will mostly be Monday to Friday with some weekend work at times. Your responsibilities will include:
Taking and directing inbound calls
Contacting nurses and updating availabilities in the rostering system
Entering and filling shifts through the rostering system
Candidate care touching base
