About Namoi Cotton Alliance Namoi Cotton Alliance (NCA) is an industry leading warehousing and regional commodity packing organisation specialising in the storage and handling of cotton lint, cotton seed and various grain commodities.  NCA focusses on safety, outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and people. The Customer Service and Scheduling Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management and quality control of the Customer Service and Scheduling team while reporting to the Logistics and Customer Service Manager. This position will be critical to ensuring NCA is capable of meeting the demands of our growing customer and client base.   This position is able to work remotely from home with occasional travel to Namois head office in Toowoomba.
