Opportunity to establish partnerships and service model
Rough sleeping and other forms of homelessness is an increasing issue in Darebin this officer will take a collective impact approach and will work in collaboration to establish the partnerships and service model required to bring together services to identify, address and remove service barriers and support people, known byname, out of homelessness and into secure housing. This position works in a complex environment with a diverse community, range of services and organisations. Emphasis will be given to a partnership (systems based) approach with other teams in the department, across the organisation and with other service providers, agencies and levels of government.
