Reporting into the Service Team Leader, the new Service Workshop Coordinator (?SWC?) will be based at our Malaga office. The SWC is to play a key role in supporting workshop and services operations by providing job coordination, administration, and logistics support, as well as:
Support the Service Team Leader with timely delegation of jobs;
Maintain accurate customer, service, and equipment records in the CRM;
Assess incoming jobs and flag any delays to customers;
Inventory control, ordering, and issuing to jobs and technicians;
Prepare cost estimations and conduct works reports, and request POs from customers.
Administration and data entry;
Assist with workshop and presales service work as required;
Receive, unpack, record, and distribute received goods to relevant area;
Decontamination of incoming devices for service if required;
Packing and dispatching equipment, training, and
