Project Manager Role Your new company Your new company is an award-winning family-owned business. They focus predominantly on the education sector. With over 30 years combined experience in the industry. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has previous Contract Administrator experience. This role will be based on the South-side of Brisbane. You must have previous Australian Commercial Construction experience to be considered for this role. Your new role In your new role you will consist of;
Project planning, scheduling, cost-control and budgeting
Managing client and subcontractor relationships throughout the entire project life cycle
Providing technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior management
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed in this role is strong Education Project Management experience within SEQ Australia. You must also have previous Contract Administrator experience as you will be required to overlook CA work occasionally.
Experience in the following software is preferable but not necessary:
Procore
Hammertech
MS Projects
