Job Description
Reporting to the Principle - Talent Manager this role will take the lead on all site and Brisbane based senior technical recruitment.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.
Proactive searching and talent pooling for key strategic roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies supporting them through the whole process.
Manage agency relationships.
