Your new role
From performing a wide variety of troubleshooting across many technologies, to providing outstanding customer service, some of your day-to-day duties will include:
Triage/solve/escalate IT issues
Handling break/fix, configuration issues, software installations, and hardware repairs
Providing exceptional customer service
Providing desktop support, user role management using Active Directory, and network support
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in IT Support and be motivated to grow in this field. Your key competencies will include:
Demonstrated working experience in the Microsoft Eco System
Knowledge of Azure AD, Networks, Servers
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
