This pivotal role involves shaping students' educational and personal growth, providing the necessary guidance to ensure their success. Your responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging personal development sessions and tutorials tailored to student needs.
Provide individual pastoral support, addressing welfare and behavioural issues.
Develop strategies to improve student attendance and engagement, coordinating with parents and college staff.
Facilitate interactive workshops and manage tutorial provision across college sites.
Uphold the college's commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
What do you need?
Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with a minimum of grade C in GCSE English & Maths.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
