The Role This role will Support the COO who has a broad remit and demanding schedule, so will suit an EA who relishes a fast-paced and varied role. A professional who can stay one step ahead using their well-honed organisational and time management skills to full effect.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage complex calendars and schedules for the COO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and any travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising communications as needed.
