Our client, a rapidly growing industrial distributor and manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role requires prior experience in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple inquiries, and a keen eye for detail to ensure data is entered quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Problem solving
Speaking to clients
The first point of contact
Providing excellent customer service
Responding to customer enquiries
Building relationships
Greeting customers
Strong Administration skills is must
Clear communication
