About the team
We are the Asset Custodian for the Citys stormwater assets totalling over $8.2 billion worth of assets including, but not limited to approximately, kilometres of drainage pipe, 250 kilometres of surface drains, 500 water sensitive urban design (WSUD) assets and 1,200 gross pollutant traps (GPTs).
Our stormwater team has substantial experience delivering minor local drainage fixes to major projects including large culvert crossings, bridges, and significant stormwater network upgrades as well as a range of water sensitive urban design projects.
Working in this team will provide you mentorship opportunities to improve technical knowledge, learn from specialists in other disciples and grow as an Engineer.
We coordinate and deliver strategic and tactical asset management planning, asset information and data management and contributed asset review and acceptance functions for the Department.
