We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join our team and play a key role in leading the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of patient support initiatives using Agile methodologies. The Delivery Lead well also be involved in establishing our global operations.

Key responsibilities:
Global Team Establishment
- Lead the establishment of overseas teams ensuring seamless integration and alignment with global operations.
Time Zone & Remote Collaboration
- Support teams across different time zones, fostering collaboration and maintaining high performance regardless of geographical location.
Change Management
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals while minimizing disruption.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, delivering clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment between IT operations and business objectives.
Application Support
- Oversee the implementation and support of multiple applications, including Zen Desk and Jira Service Desk, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
Patient Support Initiatives
- Lead and deliver key patient support initiatives, ensuring that IT solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of patient care initiatives.
