As a ‘Looper’ at TOMRA, you will be working amongst a team of people, who are very passionate about doing good for the environment and our community. Our Customer Experience Ambassadors are the champions for the Containers for Change Scheme and play an important role in ensuring that our customers return to our recycling centres time and time again. They achieve this by ensuring our customers have a great experience when visiting our centres by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the recycling centre is clean and tidy and ensuring our machines and sorting equipment are running as intended. Our Customer Experience Ambassadors also play a large role in boosting the TOMRA brand and are the face of TOMRA here in Australia.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a great experience
- Ensuring the recycling centre is well presented by maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment for team members and TOMRA customers
- Carryout regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines
- Monitoring the recycling centre for any hazards and reporting concerns as they arise
- Ad-hoc duties as required by management
