Asian Kitchen Treendale is a hugely popular Malaysian fusion restaurant servicing Bunbury and surrounding suburbs. We are currently now looking for Restaurant Manager.
Employment Duties - Under the direction of the proprietors to work as a Restaurant Manager including, but not limited to:
1. Plan and design or improve food and beverages menus in consultation with chefs where appropriate.
2. Maintain records of stock levels and keeping account of financial transactions.
3. Ensuring / purchasing of ingredients and goods according to allocated budget.
4. Ensuring compliance with health regulations and are clean and functional.
5. Manage customer service and satisfaction and obtaining feedback.
6. Taking action on customers’ feedback to promote and expand Asian Kitchen Treendale.
7. Take reservations.
8. Manage the roster of staff.
9. Training staff to meet high customer service standard.
10. Such other duties as are incidental to the work of a Restaurant Manager.
Qualification - The successful candidate must have the minimum formal qualification to work as a Restaurant Manager (by formal qualification or work experience).
