Working with a technology consulting organisation in Melbourne's CBD, we are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join on a permanent basis.
This role would be best suited to someone who has with excellent customer service and is a natural with technologies and picking up new systems with ease. The role is a blend of both phones and administration, supporting an internal team while also being the first port of call for (B2B) customers and any queries they have.
The role:
Supporting a Customer Success team
Be first point of contact for all customer queries/challenges and assigning them to the customer success team
Assisting with any frequently asked questions and escalating anything further to the team
Onboard new customers into the system
Ad hoc administration
Reporting
