Our role We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Perth Corporate Advisory and M&A team. Offering exposure to a broad range of clients, industries, national and international organisations, you will work with market leading partners and talented, collaborative practitioners. We are looking for someone who has at least 7 years PAE, with broad experience across M&A, capital market transactions, commercial agreement negotiations and general corporate advisory. In addition, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. You are someone who can mentor our experienced junior practitioners, can work collaboratively with other areas of practice to drive and co-ordinate deals, and has the experience to know when to consult with other subject matter experts.
