As Supporter Care Officer at our Yagoona Shelter, you will provide support for the Fundraising department in processing donations, fulfilling event registration packs, coordinating departmental inbound and outbound daily mail, administration duties, responding to donor enquiries, and answering the donations phone line. We offer flexible working arrangements with a combination of onsite and work from home.
