Base Salary $150,628 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the management and operation of allocated University facilities and ensuring that they operate at the optimum requirements and specifications to support the teaching, academic endeavors and research outcomes. This role will report into a Senior Facilities Manager.
This position will be the key point of contact between COS and stakeholders to ensure COS is meeting the facilities management operational needs and expectations of its clients and those clients are aware of the extent of work that CIS is undertaking within the building.
